BlenCap raising £30m of JV equity on behalf of UK based BTR Developer

Blencathra Capital has been mandated by Rise Homes to seek £30m of equity to fund a pipeline of four build to rent developments in the north of England.

Manchester based Rise Homes have built an impressive track record in PRS (private rented sector) development. Three schemes have already been profitably built and exited from. A further two schemes will ‘PC’ in early 2020 and have a GDV (gross development value) of circa £36.6m.

The four schemes, for which the equity funding is being sought, will provide a total of 546 rooms and a GDV of circa £91m.
