BlenCap retained by UK based firm to acquire car parks

Blencathra Capital has been retained to acquire sites with car parking potential and existing car parks in the UK on behalf of Bank Park.

Based in Sheffield, Bank Park are seeking to build a portfolio of owner operated car parks in addition to offering clients a bespoke car park management service.
