BlenCap advises on Polish Logistics Portfolio & Development site acquisitions

BlenCap is delighted to have advised in the underwriting and acquisition of the Vale portfolio on behalf of a partnership between the Grosvenor Group, IO Asset Management & Warsaw based REINO Capital.  The acquisition of 5 logistics parks completed recently and provides a strong, day 1 cash-on-cash yield and asset management upside in the keenly sought after logistics sector.  Amounting to c2.25m sq ft, the parks are located in Bielsko-Biala, Lodz, Poznan, Rzezow & Sosnowiec.

The team is also pleased to have underwritten and acquired on behalf of the same partnership, Polish Logistics LLP, a site with consent for a 40,000 sq m logistics development.  The site adjoins the Logistic City, Piotrków Trybunalski holding, a 1.47m sq ft logistics park in central Poland.
