BlenCap acquires Southend Car Park on behalf of APCOA

Blencathra Capital is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a 104 space car park in Southend-on-Sea on behalf of APCOA.

The car park forms part of The Kursaal, a historic grade II listed leisure complex fronting Eastern Esplanade, close to Southend Pier, overlooking Southend beach and the Thames.

The car park will be operated by APCOA by way of a car park management agreement and complements existing car parking operations in the town.

Blencathra Capital has made four further proposals across car parks in the UK and the Netherlands and is seeking further opportunities on behalf of APCOA.
